【Q5Q6】How to connect to the WIFI
How to connect to the WIFI:
First, please check these three points.
- Before installing the camera, the mobile phone was already connected to 2.4GWIFI. Our products can only support 2.4GWIFI (not 5GWIFI).
You can refer to the following methods to determine 2.4G and 5G wifi.

2) Place the camera near the router.
3) Make sure your WIFI password is right.
After confirming the three points, let's start connecting the camera to WIFI.
Connection method:

1) Connect your phone to 2.4GWIFI. Place the camera near the router.
2) Turn on the camera. When the power is turned on, the lamp turns red, and the camera rotates.
3) Start the app, tap "Add device", tap the camera model.
4) If the red and blue lamps are blinking alternately, tap "Blinking".
5) Enter the password correctly on the WIFI setting screen.
6) Scan the QR code with the camera. (The QR code will be bigger if you press it twice.)
7) When you hear “QR code scanned”, please tap “Next”.
8) You have entered the "Waiting for connection" screen. During this time, the blue light flashes quickly while connecting to WIFI.
When you hear "Connected to WIFI," the blue light flashes slowly. When you hear "Connection successful," the blue light turns on.
9) After successful WIFI connection, you will enter the camera name setting screen.
If the camera cannot scan the QR code, you can try another connection method (called Soft-AP connection method).
You can refer to pages 6 to 7 of the manual for more details on how to do this.
If you still can't connect, please contact us. Could you give me the following information which help to solve the problem better?
1) The last step that we have taken. I hope you have a picture of the screen.
2) The last heard presentation sound. Did you hear "WIFI successfully connected" or "WIFI failed"?
3) The final color and speed of the lamp. Did the blue lamp flash quickly? Did it flash slowly?
